Privacy Policy - Sailor Choice

Welcome to Sailor’s Choice Apartments. To ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all our valued guests, we kindly request that you review and adhere to the following Terms and Conditions during your stay.

1. General Guidelines

By checking in, guests are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Only registered guests, with valid identification documents, may occupy the apartment.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the comfort, privacy, and well-being of others.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: From 2:00 p.m.
Check-out time: Until 10:00 a.m.
Departures after 10:00 a.m. will be treated as late check-out and may incur additional charges.
Guests leaving earlier than the reserved departure date must notify the Manager at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise full booking charges may apply.

3. Keys & Access

Guests will be provided with an apartment key upon registration.
Please ensure the apartment is locked when unattended.
Keys must be returned to the Manager upon check-out.
A fee of Rs. 3,000 will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.

4. Conduct & Etiquette

Guests must avoid disturbing other guests at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse continued stay in cases of misbehavior or violation of these rules.
Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn when moving through public or shared spaces.
It is strictly forbidden to bring explosives, weapons, flammable substances, or hazardous chemicals into the premises.

5. Damages & Liabilities

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its property.
Items belonging to the apartment must not be removed or transferred to other locations.

6. Payments & Cancellations

All payments must be made in local currency.
Advance payments are non-refundable, but may be used as credit for a future reservation (subject to availability).
In cases where management terminates a guest’s stay due to misbehavior or violation of rules, the full amount of the booking will still be charged.

7. Feedback & Complaints

Guests are encouraged to report any technical issues or service concerns promptly to management.
Delayed complaints that prevent management from addressing the issue will not be considered grounds for discounts or refunds.

8. Safety & Security

The management is not responsible for valuables left unattended in the apartment. Guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings.
